Orders placed through the Kitty Su website takes 2 to 3 days to process.
Time to receive an order
The delivery time is based on the location of delivery.
Currently we have no shipping charges for delivery in India. Shipping charges is applicable for overseas shipping.
Status of order
Kitty Su will send you an email with a tracking number provided by our shipping partner. You can track the status of the order through the shipping partner's website.

Cancelling an Order:
To cancel an order, write to our customer service representative at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +91 8826613999. The refund process will only start after the product is received by our team without any damage.
TICKETS/ ENTRY FEE FOR GIGS
The guest has the option of paying by cash for the booking either for a single person or a group of people. He / she can do the same on the spot, at the gate on operational night or can walk in any time before the event /operational night, and the pay at the Front Office. The customer needs to carry the receipt provided by the Front Office at the time of arrival.
The guest also has the option of blocking their tickets /booking through credit card. They need to fill up the self attested credit card authorization form and attach a scanned copy of front and back of the card along with it & the booking will be confirmed to the guest without any hassle to walking into the hotel.
We provide our music lovers the facility to book online through various portals, most trusted being email@example.com & www.bookmyshow.com where all the event details are mentioned along with the guest's name. The customer needs to carry the print out of the ticket along with them & they will be allowed through a separate entry desk into the club.
